Kai'Sa's early game seriously needs to be gutted.

The passive scaling is just ridiculously good out of the gate, and the Q scaling isn't much better. Her laning phase is totally messed right now in how strong it is.

She should not be the #1 counter to champions like and , this is beyond ridiculous. You can't play 2 of the best lane bullies in the game against what was supposed to be a lategame champion? Only ?? So Caitln is now top tier next to Kai'Sa simply for being able to lane against her?

And I don't care if this kills Kai'Sa jungle. Jungle marksmen sure aren't needed. Jinx jungle was killed quickly. Hell, Kindred Jungle was killed even though she was supposed to be there!! We can live without Kai'Sa jungle.
