Does ashe's q work with ruuans huracane again

I played as he in 5.22. Tried using ruuans hurrane and instead of firing like 50 arrows at 3 targets, it fired just 4 at the main target and one at the side targets. Was that the bug fix in 5.23 where they put that back in. Never checked and haven't seen or played ashe in a while

Yeah it has been fixed. They even get a frosty blue color as well. If I recall they also slow just like a normal Ashe auto if they crit as well. I might be wrong on that last part.

It still feels like she does less damage with side bolts when Q is active than when she attacks regularly.
