I don't see why we nerfed Lucian ult, when MF is a thing. Like her ult can blast super minions too <_<
Not to mention she's got the easiest/safest laning phase and beats everyone to recalling.
High base movespeed + passive +lethality out of combat movespeed, feels imba to me.

Yea, but a crit build takes time to come online. It would weaken her early game bullying and allow her a smoother power curves instead of a sharp spike followed by a plunge.

Since when does MF have a safe laning phase? She can poke safely if played correctly but is very susceptible to ganks and highly mobile champions. She's far from safe, she's a sitting duck in most situations.

She's literally the most immobile ADC in the game tied with Jinx, Caitlyn, Draven, and Twitch, but even then they all have hard CC or a form of disengage.
Her ultimate makes her a massive target, similar to Twitch, Ashe, Varus, Kog'maw, if you can't reach her or you get locked down in her ultimate, that's not a problem with MF.

(no im not saying you gotta play a specific champion to deal with her r, was just for the joke, if you really want to deal with mf ultimate you or someone on your team has to make it their job to never make her feel safe enough to stand still and channel her R)
As for how strong she actually is, Im not quite sure, at the very least she is strong compared to most other adcs, I don't see a nerf to her being impossible to happen.
