ryze is horrendously short range and easy to kite.

Ryze ulti would be ok if it wasnt so spammable, Syndra ulti would be ok if she didnt have the ability to just spam the spheres around the map and max the ulti damage, but rather only do it with the q-s that she landed on someone. What I do have a problem with is Veigar ulti as it requires absolutely no preparation and does far more damage than Syndra ulti, also combined with his cage his combo can 1 shot even the tankiest of tanks which is dumb af for such an easy to land combo...
