you realize anivia has low mobility and that her Q is a pretty slow skillshot, and yet here you're complaining that instead of building damage she's building swift boots and FQC that has really low AP for a champ that would like to have high AP to make her combo count?

if she's building crap like this then get some hp so that you can laugh her combo off and kill her..

Her base damage is high enough that with Frost Queen, her combo will drop ~70% of an AP's health.

It's cheaper than Morello's and only has 20 AP and 10% CDR less, in exchange for an active that makes Anivia's combo unavoidable.

punish her for buying support item start. she doesn't get the hp or mana regen that dorans would give and it makes it harder for her to farm. Build to counter her. Get some MR and hp items, something like item 3116 and item 3001 for a mage or item 3156 item 3211 for most mid lane physical. pre-6 her Q has a decently long cooldown and her auto atks make farming difficult for her. if she uses E to farm, go give her a fat poke because she won't be able to QE you. of she misses her Q pre-6, go harass her a bit because her E only has a 50% ap ratio without combo. After 6 is where it matters if you managed to outlane her, here is where her items and your items and skill will work either for you or against you. if you managed to beat her and outfarm her and she has no significant ap items, let her push and then bait her abilities, juke them, and burst her. best done with jungler assist. if she beat you in lane and you didn't keep up at all, she will just RE you for a nice chunk of damage and probably keep trying to do that constantly. just like any other mage, once she rotates her abilities she's going to be vulnerable.
