Frankly, they need to pull just a bit of power out of Playful/Trickster so they can make him better otherwise. They could easily just increase the base CD at max to 10 seconds from 8 seconds, then buff him elsewhere to make up for it.

This isn't really fair tbh. G&B is like three times the community thus three times as likely to have shit content. Not to mention believing that GD is some holy ground of balance when there has been multiple times where low elo players were jerked off for no reason.

Rather than a reset, it should have a higher cooldown in general, of which a good bit is shaved off if he damages something with the ability.

I would say if we changed the cooldown and reduced it by half if it deals damage to an enemy champion. therefore can't be used constantly as an oh "shit button" and would not be effective for mobility and escaping as much. No reset...just cd reduction on champ hit.
