Why build assassin when you can build bruiser and deal the same damage while tanking way more? Look at the Fizz/Ekko/Akali builds wtf this sunfire iceborne shit, delete those items and increase their ap/ad ratios so we can see real assassins again, not this freelo bruiser garbage.

Honestly, they have been nerfing it wrong. What should be removed from it is the Armor Pen. give it CDR or something instead.

Look, I'm an assassin main, essentially. They don't need a buff, they need some sort of rework. Their goal is to take down the isolated mages and marksman, NOT the tanks. It's been described as rock-paper-scissors. Assassins are the scissors, tanks are the rock, and mages/marksman are the paper. Right now, assassins are abusing tank items, which ruins the whole concept behind them essentially.
