item 3046 item 3094 item 3085 item 3087 I think if we gave these crit items a grouped interaction like we did with the hextech items: item 3152 item 3146 item 3030

then we could do some cool things example: this: (...shared with other Hextech items) keep the hextech items from being stacked.

you could give these item 3046 item 3094 item 3085 item 3087 a unique passive where if you already complete one the second receives an additional 10% critchance.

example low budget adc build could look like: item 3142 item 3046 item 3094 item 1059 item 3140 item 3006 you trade off some late game power for relevance throughout the game.

you know I think it would be cool if item 3139 item 3031 were deemed equally valuable, one for the other, after all they cost the same.

I read posts showing dislike of how powerful cc is in the game atm esp with the ttk being high, you'd think item 3139 would be a go to in the current meta. and I think it would be nice to see more of in the early game. it's even more fun to see from a specator point of view, and a clutch perfectly timed QSS can really turn things around. (if you have dmg of course, so you'll have to wait for late game because there are no budget friendly ADC builds that at least keep you relevant).

currently completing a item 3139 before item 3031 is not viable because crit items were made weak because I.E. makes up for it. this forces you to end up getting I.E. if you want real value from your crit items.
