what happens to my current blue essence?
will they be ip too? if so should i disenchant before the system goes in?

Current blue essence is multiplied by ~6.5 when preseason hits.
It's advantageous to disenchant any shards you have now into blue essence before preseason hits, as disenchant rates are going to be worse after preseason.
