It seems like it's just the new normal game mode. Every game I play in flex is just a bunch of monkeys goofing around and it seems like no one really cares. Also when I check my and enemy teams stats I mostly see people playing champions they are unfamiliar with.

I really think Riot just turned DQ into SoloQue which is very competitive right now and FlexQue which is just garbage and I don't think that Flex will be here for next season to be honest. It's just trollque and I'll admit I never liked playing normals so FlexQue is great so I can practice some stuff, because you know I only need to get Flex up to gold and after that I don't give a sh*t.

For me, its just a good mode to play with my friends. However i do wish they take solo rank into account. Kinda fed up facing plats in flex

I'm actually having the opposite experience in Solo/Duo I feel like my teammates are marginally more competent in Flex than in Solo/Duo.

Flex is an absolutely meaningless joke. I personally use it to play with my lower ELO friends. Even they think it's a joke.

Eh in Solo and DuoQue I've been having a really shitty time so much abusve over pointless nonsense that doesn't help.

Oh wow the enemy got 0/3/0.. umm this is a team game we can just shut their asses down and get that big bounty.

In flex its not as analy serious as Solo/Duo I've also had a better win record there recently to.

If Solo and Duo wasn't so over populated with salty ocean dwellers then i would go back to that mode.

Not really I've found average player/team skills that you see from "Most" of the players in bronze/silver/gold.

Just not once have i seen someone go over the top angry.

I can even go kled support and not get people arguing or demanding me my own plan on how the hell im going to "Support" (when i mean Duo carrying) as kled.

Skill doesn't bother me that much in ranked unless you have the aim of Robin Hood's long lost cousin who is blind and brain dead. It also helps people dont flame or threaten to troll because someone got 3/0 on the enemy team.

It is a team game and we will put our efforts to shut down that guy later. the killer and the assitants will get bonus gold so its all worth.

I've gone 0/2 on top and my jungler fed my enemy top to, yeah its hard to calm your allies down sometimes but if you just tell them to calm down and let them farm other areas, admit that its your fault, and that we as a team can shut them down later in the game. You will get your jungler/ other allies to be more nice to you.

No im serious just say what i said in chat and your partners will be more positive... they will also think your wierd that your taking it so calmly to. XD

Flex was meant to be competitive but this is what happens when you get League of Friendships together they just go around doing nonsense care free not really caring about the game.

I would play flex more but right now the matchmaking is complete garbage and players don't take it serious. Last flex game I played my team consisted of players from S2 - D4 me being the middle man as a gold player, like wtf?

I'm kind of surprised it is that way. SoloQ is incredibly easy. Flex, you actually have to play against people who know what they're doing.

Why is it bad when people take any kind of game mode seriously? Plus, flex is the only way a team of 5 can practice for a tournament, at least in the EUNE server.

We don't have Draft Queue in OCE, so I use Flex Queue with friends so we can play non-seriously, but also ban champs.

We all knew this would happen, there wasn't really a question. There's a reason why competitive players disliked DQ and flex is really just DQ v2.0. No competitive player was ever going to play Flex once Solo launched.
