Nunu PBE - 45% CDR - E Cooldown 2.2s

i don´t really like the changes....it makes it even easier for him to run you down if he´s at the advantage, but in teamfights you would have to be consistently on their carry to do work - and you won´t live long doing that. I´m afraid it´ll make him more snowbally and that´s all the "benefit".

I've always hated playing against Nunu. He has a fucking spammable slow that lasts longer than the cooldown.

this wont fix him he needs it to be 2 s that way people can never move again
