Pretty much any champions in the game is Press R to win.

...besides maybe Udyr.

Even shapeshifters that have their morph abilities on R at lvl 1 are "press R to win", since it gives them 6 basic abilities instead of 3.

Corki Jax Kalista KogMaw are the least ult reliant kits I can think of. By Jax I mean the active. He definitely relies on the passive.
