Why do I have to pay 3250 RP for Udyr's base skin?
Every other champ gets a base skin for free. Udyr only comes with a 5 year old's finger painting and Doritos fingers. Why do you have to pay for his base skin?

Fortunately they seem to have gone back on that policy, going forward, but there are a few champions where the VU is locked behind a paywall.
