Why on earth hasn't Sion been hotfixed?

Why is this shit allowed to exist? Literally breaking the game.

What is the balance team doing?

It's not breaking the game. Breaking the game is Braum crashing the game because he gets deleted through Yasuo windwall (a bug that actually did happen) or Gangplank putting his barrels on top of wards to make them permanent.

Sion's new strategy isn't game breaking. It's just annoying as fuck.

It's game breaking. It effectively has no counterplay. You only gotta hope to have enough CC and time to end the game before he has demolished your entire base. It's cancer gameplay and shouldn't work at all.

You literally just explained a way to counter it.

Counter it? It's more like delaying it. But hey buddy, keep living in your own little bubble where you defend abuse of game mechanics.

Sion is one of the most delayed champions in the entire game... Thus, he is incredibly mechanically intensive to play.

no thats not how it works at all what your talking about is player foresight Sion is not mechanically intensive in fact he is very easy to play a champion who is mechanically intensive would be Kalista and a champion who is both would be Aatrox
