Ashe Changes: Passive and Abilities (Idea)

I'd like to start this off by saying this is just an idea, so it's not like I'm actually suggesting changes, considering the fact that they may or may not be good. Let me know what your thoughts are in the comments below and fill free to make some tweaks if you want, I'm all ears. Also, I'm fairly neutral where I stand in terms of Ashe since I do play the character and have played against her. I just felt she was a little too dominant.

Thoughts on Ashe: Considering the nerfs done to Ashe's W simply for poke, I'm still inclined to say that her passive needs work because it still makes her too potent, too dominant in bottom lane. I'm not saying to nerf its damage, but rather rework the slowness completely and give her Hawk Shot slightly more value. This would make this champion take more skill to play and would add more value to a part of her kit as well. This should also make her more reasonable to play against.

Frost Shot: The problem with Frost Shot is that it's too potent of an passive and essentially allows even Ashe's auto attacks to apply a continuous slowness effect that lasts for like 2 seconds, if it's been cut off. Most debuff-based abilities are in fact skill-shot based meaning if you want to reap the benefits of them, you need to hit them precisely. I recognize that this passive is needed for Ashe to apply a freeze to her targets in order to deal extra damage, which is why I'll be suggesting a slight damage buff to her auto attacks since the effect in my idea will be removed from her passive (This doesn't mean I'm removing it from her kit).

FROST SHOT: Ashe's basic attacks and abilities for 3 seconds will cause subsequent basic attacks against them to deal 10% (+ critical strike chance × (1 + bonus critical damage)) AD Attack damage bonus physical damage while they have been slowed by Hawk Shot's passive "Freezing Powder". (No longer applies slowness, but will deal bonus damage once Freezing Powder has been applied)

Ashe's Critical Strikes deal 100% of her total attack damage (instead of 200%), but double the effectiveness of Frost Shot, decaying down to the normal slow over 1 second.

Notes: With this newly designed passive, it'll mean all of Ashe's abilities will not completely rely on it until she has applied Hawk Shot's new passive "Freezing Powder" to her target(s).

Hawk Shot Hawk Shot I know is already a fairly useful ability for the fact it can reveal hidden enemies, like their jungler, and has a global reach. But I felt that it could do with some other use since most of the time, Ashe will not need to completely use it, even though it has two charges and a relatively low cool down.

Hawkshot Cooldown: 9 (Changed from 5 to 9 seconds) Ashe sends her Hawk Spirit on a scouting mission to a target area in the map, revealing terrain as it travels in a straight line and granting vision of the target area for 5 seconds. The Hawk Spirit will reveal units in the brush but will not reveal hidden units or objects.

Ashe can store up to 2 charges of Hawkshot at a time (recharge time: 80 / 75 / 65 / 50 / 40 seconds)

Ashe can also use Hawk Shot's passive "Freezing Powder" to apply a 25-40% slow to her targets (at levels 1-18, increasing every 3 levels) that last 4 seconds and works in correlation with Frost Shot to increase the damage Ashe deals with her basic attacks or abilities.

Notes: The Freezing Powder passive is only applied when the Hawk Spirit explodes above the intended target(s). When it explodes, the passive is applied to anything within a 2.5 meter radius of where the ability exploded. This is the passive from Frost Shot, but unlike the other version, it has been buffed from 20-30% to 25-40% slowness so Ashe can still apply some pressure in her lane. The duration has also been slightly increased (from 2 to 4 seconds) so Ashe has time to close the distance and deal as much damage as she can. The recharge time has also been buffed so Ashe can still deal some damage within a reasonable amount of time. Subsequently, this adds more value to one ability while also balancing the champion in another way to make her more interesting to play or reasonable to play against.

These changes are definitely interesting but I can't say I agree or disagree with these changes as I don't know how they'd actually affect Ashe in game when playing against champions and especially other ADCs.So i give it a meh vote. I feel the base increase in AA damage is nice but moving the damage increase buff to hawkshot might be a real killer. But I'd love to like theorize with you. This idea is really cool mo. I'd like to talk more about it. I do agree though that Ashe can be one dominating ADC . But at eh same time, I feel that's just what Bot lane is now lol. You either dominate or get dominated especially with such a focus on dragons and other outside bot lane factors.
