To Riot/Meddler - will the Mordekaiser rework be reverted if it does not help him?

I remember earlier that Meddler said the Mordekaiser (or Juggernaut) changes will be reverted if it is found that they are not working out, and I was curious if that still might be the case or a possibility assuming they really don't work out?

I just don't want/think a Champion should have such major changes on them stay on them if its found that it isn't working out, as that would mean the Champion will most likely never get picked until they receive major changes again, or making it so that players's of that Champion will feel shafted by Riot for "ruining" their Champion and keeping them in that state of unplayability.

I just feel that the current changes/rework is an incredibly risky endeavor, one that is killing off almost all solo lane aspects of Mordekaiser (hell his W is entirely reliant on his teammates being near him now) to push him down to bot lane, which is not guaranteed nor currently looks like it will work as well as the people in charge of his rework thinks it will.

I think most people would rather have those changes reverted, provided Mordekaiser does not do well/average with them, rather than live him in a sub-par state of balance.
