What will the next classupdate be?

Personally im hoping for a diver update. Most feel really simular and tend to be pretty binary between tanky assassin oneshot if ahead and useless feeding noodle that gets blown up if behind.

All of them have been shit so far

Assassins: basically just nerfs, and kill windows increased

Mages: Malz is even more cancer, Vel does no damage without passive, you now are punished for killing annie, brand also too reliant on passive. The only good ones were protobelt and Vlad imo.

ADCs: LUL, they were op for 2 months, then nerfed into the same state as before, just tweaked kits.

Juggernauts: They have never been healthy or seen any compeditive play. Being kiteable in order to deal damage is too much of a downside.

I think Ghostcrawler mentioned that they're going to be looking at tanks. But until it's official it's anyone's guess.

Dont really see what they can do there. First vanguards that come to my mind are mumu , sej, malp, mao, rammus, zac,leo and all of them seem pretty unique to me. While irellia, xin, vi or yi, jax, atrox seem pretty simular to me.

Amumu and Sejuani are very similar in what their kits provide. Malphite is only really used for his ult.

Specifically they'd look at Vanguards, which are normally AoE engage tanks. Maokai wouldn't be one of them.

Amumu and sej are indeed pretty simular but there still are distinct reasons to picking one over the other. High mobility of sej vs reliability of mumu for example. With malp his ult is indeed his biggest factor but his armorscaling and power vs aabased champs are not to be understimated.
