Don't Let The Ezreal Buffs Go Through Riot!

Not sure if its been talked about already, I'm too lazy to look, but if you are curious. Ezreal's Q aka his annoying poke is getting a CD reduction. His Q will now be able to be spammed every 4.5 seconds at ALL ranks which is just absurd.

As if he doesn't spam the Q enough, now he's going to make bot lane feel like it's an Urf mode down there.

Can we not give him that buff?

I know he's played often, or was, so I expect to get a lot of hate, but come on. That's just too much.
