The brownout disconnected me, and after 30ish minutes our power came back on again. I then checked to see if my team won without me and they did, however I got lower priority queue but earned a victory for the ranked game, but lost LP. Yea, bad luck and stuff, as riot "punished" me because it's impossible to tell if you DCed on purpose or not. So why exactly did I win even though I DCed?

A brownout could have made him lag but " after 30ish minutes our power came back on again" is not a brownout. What he described is a blackout
MatthewRT21 votesYeah.....being room mates with two electrical engineer majors will do that kind of stuff to you. They would sleep like 2 hours a day and spent all night working on circuits homework and diffy.
