What did the rework try to fix with Skarner, and how did it fix any of his problems at all (Other than over-tuning him with the intent of nerfing him later)?
Just curious. Not really sold one way or the other on the rework yet.

He most certainly is. But, we could've just buffed the numbers on old Skarner if all we wanted to do is raise is power level. I'm not knocking the rework, I'm just curious what it set out to accomplish.
BlkGolem1 votesBefore I was skeptical and I still liked his old (and older) kits pretty well, but I gotta admit that it's definitely pretty good and better than I thought. Most of his identity really is the same and he has clearer strengths and weaknesses. Probably still my freelo guy but we'll see if he's more or less op now.
