Smurfs/Premades NEED to be stopped in some fashion. It's killing the game.

When will Riot address the premade/smurfing problem that plagues this game. Premades and smurfs have so much of an advantage, it makes the game almost completely unfair and unfun to play. When will Riot actually do something about it and learn that people will ALWAYS take advantage and abuse systems if you put nothing in place to stop them. This needs to be dealt with, this is why there are so few new players actually joining the game over banned account smurfs who can just help themselves back in.

They must KNOW this is a problem and toxic for their business right?

Premades are not a problem. You're not going to stop people from wanting to play together. If you want to make sure to limit people to a max of two people per group you have the option of playing ranked solo/duo.

As for the smurf problem, what would you recommend to stop people from smurfing but not alienating the F2P nature of the game or setting up something that no one being careful would ever sign up for in the first place (like requiring a phone number to make a free account)?

Edit: Wait a second, you're someone that claimed that the game was P2W. You don't need to answer question, consider it rhetorical.

Smurfing duos are a problem. Duoes of two players playing on their main accounts are not really a problem. Riot literally supports smurfing by giving accounts to streamers to do "ranked climbs" which then other players copy. This is a huge problem. Instead of trying to discourage smurfing or make it more difficult theyve made it much easier to smurf.

They also halved the required amount of xp to get an acc to lvl 30 and with the BE essence rework giving 400xp for first win, theyve literally made climbing to lvl 30 a joke, compared to what it used to be back in season 3.
