Each of these champs are banned in quite nearly every single ranked game I've played in the last two weeks. If they're not, they generally end up carrying the game.
I'm just wondering... Is this success in Riot's eyes, or are there nerfs on the PBE?

Serevas1 votesDarius, Fiora, Gangplank, Mordekaiser, and Skarner all have nerfs coming down the line. I still personally think Skarner isn't that threatening after the last batch of nerfs, but each to their own. Garen is also only threatening if you let him free farm, which he will do quite easily if you don't pay attention to him. He's strong, but not permaban worthy.

Even if he isn't the most threatening, Skarner is still one of the most annoying simply because the crystals exist. I really really hate that mini-game. If I wanted to play capture the crystals, I'd go play Dominion.

my thought exactly, stop adding freaking mini games to SR...
Serevas1 votesI'll give you that one, and god forbid you want to go into your own jungle where he is literally taking one of those crystals, you're just completely fucked unless you're way ahead.
That's the only thing that really makes him annoying for me, is that it's near impossible to fight him on those crystal zones, and the zones are massive.
