Everything got buffed

ADC items were buffed Support items and passive mana regen was buffed Jungle sustain was buffed Top lane snowballing was buffed Mid lane can start off with a snowball item

This is great! While I'd say the goals of season 4 and 5 were noble. Essentially the past two season made an attempt to create more balance and relevancy for late game champs, it was boring as fuck. I can't tell you how many games my team would be 15-20 kills down, but they wouldn't surrender. Now I don't have to beg and reason with my team to surrender, the game will just end because of the snowballing mechanics.

Another great thing about the new buffs and snowballing changes should be to the general perception of, "Games are lost by who has the worst player not by who has the best player." Since every champion on the map has a higher chance to snowball who wins should now better be represented in who's playing the best.

Also, shorter fucking game times. Thank you so much for that!
