Warwick won't see an update

Actually last time warwick saw resurgence early season 5 both the old skirmish smite and warwick received a nerf.
the same goes for Elise who is being looked at on pbe. Riot has actually been okay with eventually ironing out these power spikes where they prop up.

fun and balance should be the main criteria for calling for any rework. so his win rate should be reason for rework to warwick imo. or to items. Ahem, devourer. i think something needs to be fixed if any champion is consistently outperforming all the other champions. (mostly at high elo though, which is where balance decisions are more relevant) at diamond level though warwick still isnt as prominent, though he is approaching. (and of course there will always be higher win rate champions, its mostly by how much, for how long and why),

Its a good thing that reworks and champion updates are not decided by winrates at all. :U
