Make grievous wounds increase damage against shielded enemies

grievous wounds is not intended to counter shielding. i think it's even the only possible reason you would take over

that would make it way too versatile imo.

I mean...if you want all self shielding tanks to be squishy then sure.

This is a terrible nerf to shield stacking.

The only benefit shields have over heals is they can block damage before it occurs whereas heals only remove it, and that Shields aren't mitigated by GW. Shields , unlike heals are only effective when blocking damage. Heals are effective whenever you use them. They aren't the same, and whatsmore from a logistic standpoint, you'd actually expect shields to block GW if anything. but ofc that would be broken.

What is the counter to stacking several shields on a single champion them? Sit and watch as they melt your team while being invincible?
