Can we nerf Nidalee without giving her any compensation buffs?

Why is this getting downvoted? She consistently shows dominance in a solo queue environment and a competitive environment, winning 51% of her games. For a champ that is so highly touted as "high skill cap" and one of the "carry" junglers, she has no issue asserting herself even in the hands of mildly skilled players. She doesn't particularly belong in the jungle, and she's too strong at all stages of the game. Rylai's crystal scepter and iceborn gauntlet has only exacerbated the issues she brings to the table, as well. She gets free health and free mana through her enchantment, along with manaless jumps to allow for LC$BIGPLAY$ and easy "outplays" on high value skillshots.

While there's a number of reasons why Nidalee is broken, she should be balanced around winning 47% of her games for the sole reason that experienced Nidalee players so easily demolish games.

EDIT: If Lee Sin was doing as well as Nidalee was doing, all HELL would break loose. There would be fire AND brimstone from reddit and the boards. Everyone and their mother would be banning the everloving SHIT out of Lee Sin. But it's only cuz it's Nidalee, which boggles my mind.
