Not like that toxic oppressive Veigar. I mean, Zed dives him and gets stunned before he can kill him or press R again to escape. Can't have that amount of uncounterable gameplay patterns in this game.

level 5 Q - 155(+0.4 AP)x3= 561 level 5 W - 245(+0.6 AP) = 294

With **80 AP ** this adds up to 885 HP at level 12. Base health at level 12 is around 1250,so my mistake. 71%.

W is a skillshot, and the combo is Q-R-W-W. Yours doesn't proc her second mark.

Now you have a veigar whose same QR does 100% of your HP who also has an aoe stun and infinite scaling. Not even a fair comparison.

40s? Do you even math? Her ult combo has 15seconds cd with 40% cdr. Veigars ult had obnoxious CD, now it is still long.

Also, good luck doing 100/0 vs someone with enough brain to buy magic resist. I often failed to assassinate enemy carry even using ignite, and I am really fed most of the times I play Veig.

Leblanc has an average cooldown of 12 seconds for all four of her abilities at max level. New Veigar - with reduced cooldowns - is at 26 seconds - max level. You are claiming that the premier one-off burst mage of league is able to spam his abilities. You've lost all credibility, enjoy the rest of the downvotes coming your way.

There is the fact. People won't stop complaining about assassins untill they get nerfed to the point when they are 100% unplayable with 10-20% win rate. Just look at what you did to Yasuo, he is nothing atm...champion with shield who has no shield, champion with ult that leads him to a melting machine that will annihilate him...

You can't really be complaining about Yasuo being the way he is.

The dude is probably the best example of "ball of stats" champs in the game - he simply wins by having more stats than you. Between doubled crit chance, bonus armor pen from his ult, and his shield, he was pretty much never going to be healthy for the game.

Better that he be weak than strong.
