Ornn is frustrating enough to try to succeed on without his ult being stopped by the smallest hard cc . I don't care if you CC him before he dashes and misses his chance to dash because of it, that's fine. He screwed himself by not timing it right. But if I'm mid freaking dash, I should be CC immune. That charge has enough force to redirect a giant charging molten ram for the love of god

Mianta1 votesI agree. Though I would also recommend not using it when youre face-checking your enemies because of that reason. Be close enough to Q (for the slow) R-R-E-W or W-E, but dont be in the middle of a 5v5 when youre using it.
