Can we please get solo lanes out of the jungle?

Add a debuff for the first 6 minutes that weakens anyone without Smite while they're in the opposing side's jungle.

Trying to even play the game as jungle when one or two of your lanes, especially mid, doesn't have priority is impossible. The enemy mid/top will just invade your jungle with their jungler 24/7 and force you to concede everything, putting you at a permanent disadvantage, with no potential counterplay.

The entire role's ability to succeed should not be contingent on their team mates picking strong early game champions. Something as ridiculous as your mid laner picking Kassadin can completely sabotage your entire game, and I really don't see how anyone can think that this is good balance or remotely okay.
