For those that dont know.
If you have 20% Crit additionally to what Essence reaver gives you get 20 additional cooldown reduction.
And the new trinity give 10% cooldown reduction now.
Essence Reaver should only be giving 10% extra cdr for each SOURCE of crit, meaning item. So you need two other items that have critical strike chance to benefit from the bonus cdr passive of Reaver. Unless I misread it.
Stacking IE is the real GP build..
I don't see the point of building Ezreal with crits, IMO

it´s too good on almost any ADC...(ER+IE also lead to 30%CDR already) - there had been good reason that most ADCs had to choose between AA-dps and AD/CDR in the past. Now that they get both I can´t see that working out well for anyone that´s not an ADC (or Assassin).
Ezreal uses cdr runes and cdr boots. You dont need 2 items to get max cdr.
