After 6.6 Titanic Hydra and Fiora Nerfs - What's the Best Fiora Build?

Back in the day you built Titianic Hydra with defensive boots into Black Cleaver. After that you went for semi-defensive items like Sterak's, Maw, Visage, Dead Man's or maybe even a Death's Dance or BT mixed in.

Well now Sterak's got nerfed and Fiora scaled much more with bonus AD rather than base AD anyway (Passive, Q Ult) After the changes she's even more dependant on bonus AD, which Titanic Hydra gives now much less than before.

I tried Ravenous Hydra into Black Cleaver since you get a lot of bonus AD with this build and Fiora is really good with Lifesteal since her Q procs it. But I gotta say, you are way to squishy with that, at least in my experience. On the other hand I'm still unsure about Titanic Hydra, it might still be good. Maybe just skip Ravenous for Black Cleaver or Black Cleaver for Ravenous to buy tank items earlier and buy them later? Maybe even items no one has considered yet?
