Smite is going to get nerfed, top laners can abuse smite teleport so hard

With skirmishers and Cinderhulk, this is freaking amazing for a top lane tank/bruiser.

This shit will get nerfed, and junglers might get shafted hard, mainly the tank ones.

RIP skirmishers.

Won't be a Cinderhulk nerf. It'll be a Skirmisher's nerf.

Maybe they could make it so the target needs to be isolated, similar to Kha'Zix, for Skirmisher's damage to take effect. It'll be a nerf to late game Skirmisher's, but it would make it fulfill it's purpose of being a dueling/invading item.

If they nerf Smite again the jungle will cease to exist and we will be at 2/1/2 again with double Relic top till the 10 min mark.

Skirmishers will probably take a hit tho. Probably raise the damage per tick but nerf the duration.

I think they should nerf skirmishers, but also nerf the damage smite does to a jungle camp if it had already been smited within x amount of time because only a few champs would really benefit from taking smite out of the jungle so the team that gets that good non-jungle smite user has a very big advantage when taking dragon or baron (unless you're sk and power of evil has oriana).

I believe there should be a laning alternative to Cinderhulk— a non-jungle item that amplifies bonus health (or maybe Riot could make an item that amplifies resistances?). Lane tanks are becoming more viable simply because they can afford to get Cinderhulk and use chilling smite to make up for not having flash. Without Cinderhulk, they'd probably be considered inferior to top lane fighters and mages again. Ohmwrecker and Zeke's Herald are good candidates due to their lack of use/appeal, though there would have to be more changes than just tacking on the % bonus health to either one.

God Forbid there is diversity in Summoners.

Diversity isn't the problem. On tank champions that do a decent amount of damage without building damage items like shyvana giving them a rather good early tank item in cinderhulk and then allowing them to take 20% less damage and deal true damage makes them very dominant in lane, and against carries late game (what can you're adc do against a tank that stacked armor and then smited the adc so they also take 20% less damage?). Not very many champs benefit from going smite because they need flash to get in or out of a team fight (not many top laners are as mobile as shyvana) or they just don't do enough damage to make smite viable, and because of this champions like shyvana are significantly better than champions who do not benefit from smite top.
