Would adding a team pause be a good idea?

If anyone here plays CSGO, would the pause system it has be good here?

People here need to take a pee sometimes or something pops up like you need to feed your dog or bring in groceries for your mom, things that are quick, but will lose you 2 minutes of farm in lane or will make your team a man short after you just took baron, things that could be a big part of your game in deciding if you win or lose.

Or what about planning stuff, maybe you just took Baron and you want to quickly discuss a plan on who's going to take what towers or maybe you just had Baron stolen from you and you wanna let your ADC bitch out on everyone and have everyone get the initial frustration out so that you can hold down the base a bit less tilted.

The pause system I think would be best if it were one pause for each team (maybe pauses reset after a match has gone over an hour of playtime) and each pause require 3/5 people to accept the decision and have each pause be 90 seconds or 2 minutes which is enough time to do most tasks that people encounter during a match of league or any sort of online game.

Thoughts?

They have pausing in professional level play and I think that's all it should exist for. Don't think it should exist for casual or lower ranked play

It'd probably be used more as a pee break thing, but wouldn't that be good so that you're not a man short for 2 minutes?

I think it'd most often serve as an interrupter to the momentum of the game. Say a team fight is in full swing and you're about to land a sick ulti-wombo combo and the enemy team pauses. Then you're thrown off, they're ready to flash to the side etc. I just don't think it'd be that healthy in this game. If you have to pee so often that you can't sit for 30-45 minutes without needing to pee, you should probably go see a doctor.

Maybe there could be a way to only have the pause come in when no one is in combat.

That would be easy to do. I don't like the idea though. league games take long enough without making players twiddle their thumbs while someone AFKs for whatever reason. The simple solution to this issue is to only play when you know you'll have about an hour of uninterrupted time.

I get you reasoning behind wanting a pause button, I really do, but I think at the casual level of play it'd be abused more often and cause more frustration. IIRC, if hosting tournaments in private matches, you can allow for a pause.
