Garen; the champ known for being objectively bad and fills the niche of a beginner champ, is getting nerfed because of how he interacts with a different champ.
Maybe you should look at Yuumi, who has been nearly 100% pick/ban across all major regions since her release, and try to fix her before you go after leagues most iconic beyblade.
Lol the pbe changes are not nerfs, and I highly doubt they're because of one pro game. They could become nerfs if the devs think the changes are too OP (And they kind of are, I mean, some of the on hit interactions on e are really funny), but for the most part I'd say they're definitely not nerfs.

I'm curious why you think that has literally anything to do with it? He's also not really getting nerfed, he's just getting a lot of power shifts. Some nerfs, some buffs.
Buff means to strengthen.
Nerf means to weaken.

Did you even play or watch any pbe garen gameplay? Reading the changes should have been enough to tell its a buff.
He is getting Buffs that are BROKEN on the PBE not nerfs. Riot has jumped the Shark and is not giving a damn anymroe.
