Every game (im mid 85% of the time) it doesnt matter how fed me, my botlane, or both of us get, if Nasus isnt 0/8 by 20 minutes the game is basically over.

should dumpster him, as you mention ranged champions can heavily harass him before he maxes his Wither, after that its pretty much over for them but then again Nasus should be late game. If they ever get strong again (I pray every day to all the gods that they won't) 
and

Fiora isn’t really a good pick into Nasus anymore, with the lack of fervor; once he gets ult you can’t cleanly kill him. He starts winning mid-late because you have 2 things to parry, wither or sheen Q. Both are very important.
Sasogwa1 votesKill him. Manage waves and not push into his tower like a retard. Wave control is super important up toplane. Freeze and all in his ass if he wants to cs. Then when you have an advantage either keep denying him or translate it into objectives/helping other lanes.
