This is getting really annoying and aggravating (Climbing)

I don't understand, can I get input from someone that can tell me how I can carry 1v9?

I get so many bad teams it's ridiculous, no matter how many right decisions I make, my team will make two bad ones. Yes, I admit, some were my fault, but all of them? No, a good majority of them were because I can't control things my teammates do to an extent.

Can I get any input from someone D3 and higher to tell me what to do differently than consistently dealing high damage, double killing jungle and mid on ganks, roaming when I can, contesting objectives when needed and helping my teammates when they need it and I can help?
