Count "Bannered" minions as champions fo healing and shielding purposes

Photos of Ghosts1 votesIt used to be like that, all 3 could be used on any kind of minions. Then they removed it, Censer because Alistar would proc it on every minion around him with te new passive, and Soraka and Taric because people would misclick and heal a minion instead of a champion.
I'm just asking to introduce an exception for the case where you really want to invest on a minion. Moreover, BoC is currently picked on champions like Nautilus or Poppy that only build it for the map pressure, without any interaction with it. This is reintroducing interaction.
