Singed rework?

Singed is a relic of the past in this game, he just does not work Mobility was his game, he wouldn't dash around the map like most champions do today, he just ran really fast while slowing people and making them chase him But now we have a plethora of champions who make his mobility look like nothing, on top of that a shitton of max health damage has flooded in what is a direct counter to him, AS WELL as ranged champions going top being more common, Singed is pretty non-existant

When will running man get a rework?

It isnt league of mobility anymore hence Viktor - Shen - Shyvana (kiteable champs) are fotm.

Anyway, a few champions with little mobility being played does not mean anything, specially when you consider that 2 of those have mobility skills, and another is a anti-all in champion (what tends to be grouped with mobility)

Shyvana has a 1 time use leap (ult) that is short ranged, shen has a small leap that is also very short ranged. League of mobility is based off of hiyper mobility champions - leblanc - ekko - irelia - kalista - thresh in some cases.

Singed is a very powerful champion presently. He just has to get to late game to truly shine. Also all the newer, mobile champions you are referring to will never catch a late game Singed. Not solo anyway. So basically, no, Singed doesn't need a rework. His kit is unique and completely viable presently.
