A build your own skin maker. Where you can change color and textures of a champion at the cost of rp. And it becomes a custom skin.

Dehitay4 votesThey can't really support uploading all these skins unless the custom skins themselves cost a substantial amount. But if they made an approved system for using custom skins on your own computer, that would be nice.
Marshbouy3 votesWould be difficult though. Some people could make certain things harder to see or easier to see (blitzcrank hook if the skin applied to both teams or kha zix isolation damage buff if it applied to just you)

Another potential problem behind this idea would be players intentionally making their champs look like other champs in order to throw off enemy players.
