Its the stupid un-targetable part of their ults. Fiora's ult can make a lot of duels go her way even if she is losing. Zed's can save him for those few seconds it takes for him to throw out an escape shadow and poof away. For an Assassin, he has way too much safety.
I'm fine with his decent farm ability, even more so with his ult, it's his ability to become untargetable during the seconds that count.

It gives his target a very long time to react, allowing you to plan out your moves in advance or use something like a Soraka e to disable him. If he wasn't untargetable, he'd be incapacitated for 3/4 of a second, enough time for most mages to kill him easily in an all in.
Åron2 votesFiora, unlike Zed, is an pretty risky champion. I think she benefits most from trading while Zed is more of a poke champion, and is therefore pretty safe. Fiora's ult is really the perfect closure to her kit. She has no CC, and she is very hard to win lane with if you don't have that ult.

It Hertz When IP1 votesGA/Zhyonas, Aatrox's passive, and Zilean's ult aren't that bad IMO, as the enemy is stuck in that one spot and can't resume doing shit until the effect wears off. Bard's is often more of a monkey wrench in the enemy champ's strategy than a boon, so not only is it no harder to deal with than Zyhonas but they're likely slightly off-kilter.
The rest, though... no. I really don't like dealing with them.

You are right,there isn't anything wrong with a champion being good at killing in an engage,like Fiora.But Zed is a different matter,he can aslo poke while Fiora can't.
