stormrazor will be the first time an item for ranged gets abused by melees

I demand to make this item ranged only, fair is fair.

the shoe was already on the other foot with items like on and the like. Stormrazor just helps make melee heroes that like attack speed & attack dmg but do not benefit so much from to be viable now. Up until now was like the only other option. as for is supposed to be situational. I think the problem was that at a while back it was so strong that it was used for all situations.

I also think stormrazor will give those heroes more ways to tweak their keystones to suit their playstyle.

I don’t think it was meant to be a crit adc item. It is an ad assassin item with useless attack speed.

well looks like i'm going to actually have a reason to use the active of now i guess
