item 3042 expends mana and item 3027 heals on mana expanditure with Bravado (his passive) lowering cooldowns & giving 100% atatckspeed And his abilties all cost like 100 mana item 3065 & runic armor increasing healing

then i can spam everything including my heal and shield attack superfast expend a ton of mana which heals me because of rod all increased by visage and runic armor and lets not forget the shieldspam either so i heal for like 3 mundo's??

on top of spamming stuns and being invulnerable with ult

sounds pretty dope to me lol

Catalyst is good on him for that passive, but it's a slot taken which probably needs one of the many mandatory rush items for supports these days.

Oh you're one of THOSE types are you? :P There's a bloke called Skias who plays a lot of Taric top, he loves Catalyst on him.
