Hecarim should not be able to E towers.
Just played my first game as him and it's pretty toxic for him to be able to triforce proc E towers. A tank should not be able to melt towers that fast.

Variks the Loyal3 votesAnyone with Triforce (Or Lichbane, Gauntlet, or Runeglaive) can proc it on a tower by activating an ability. Not just Hecarim.
