Bard's meeps are expelled upon attacking already dead minions.

Like, when you attack a minion that is almost dead but the minions kill it and your AA cancels, it still expels the meep. Also when you kill the meep with a Basic, the meep doesn't go off but it still expels it. Can we fix this rito? Bard Ootay

It does that with EVERY champion. If the minion die during the travel time, you lose the cooldown. Don't throw you things at a minion that you won't get.
