Meep Man3 votesI feel like the changes were an overall buff. They fixed the Cinderhulk stacking issue with his Q bonus health and increased the Q bonus health so he is a ton more durable health-wise. They removed some of the base damage from his kit by removing the % health damage from his Q, but made his base AD higher (by a decent bit) and buffed his R. They also buffed the CD of his Q by 1 second. I would consider it an overall buff. Overall, positive neutral change in my eyes to where he may deal SLIGHTLY less damage, but he is better at everything else.

Meep Man1 votesI wouldn't be surprised if you could sneak in a Zz'Rot Portal instead of Boots as well to take advantage of Nunu's high health pool making the Zz'Rot minions deal some insane damage
