Garen must be the most OP champion of all time, because he can ult one for more than 4k hp in true damage! At least that's what can happen against a practice tool dummy with 10k total hp and like 1k current hp. LUL

EDIT: Also Vayne is trash compared to Kogmaw. Kog deals 4k damage / second, while Vayne only does 2.3k. Buff Vayne please.

Yo, Boards, did you know that Shen has the highest burst damage ever? I auto attacked a dummy twice and it said I did 4k damage / second.

I love it when Bronze players say Garen is op, except he's not. He might be the most immobile fucking champion in the game, so much to the point where if he doesn't have flash, he's legit a sponge that everyone just walks around.

He's not really immobile, what with his charge and all, but he's far from OP. There are lots of ways to counter him, unless he is 3 levels ahead, fed as all hell, and you're the villain. At that point you're fucked lol

there are melee champions with smaller movement speed bonuses than him, but even as far as ms bonuses go, those 30% are piss poor.

a lot of other ms boosts in champion kits are around 50%, and longer lasting like Shyvana or spamable with practically no cooldown like Udyr

hes may be in the medium range of speed for a juggernaut, but hes still slower than almost the entire rest of the melee champion pool.
