180 seconds. 3 freakin minutes????? i would have rather had riot nerf the damage on his ult than make the cooldown longer than it already was. No champions ult should have a cooldown of 180 seconds, that's freakin ridiculous. 120 seconds should be the absolute maximim cooldown for anything besides flash etc.

Just thought I'd point out that SV is in both Shen's most frequent and highest win-rate builds at plat+ elo. http://champion.gg/champion/Shen
That said, he's still only building 10% CDR. He's getting another 10% @ 18 from 6 scaling CDR glyphs in his highest win-rate case. That's still nowhere close to the 30% CDR that GP will build (and 40% he'll have with the CDR glyphs he takes most frequently, and 45% he'll have with the masteries he takes).
As for the rest of their kits? Gangplank has way too much power in his barrels that the ultimate nerf was definitely called for.

Yes but that build has a 46% win rate
also the highest win rate build with the spirit visage in it has only accounted for 234 Shen games so thats not really optimal to judge by considering i had 30 shen games this week myself.
At the end of it, Shen will either have 0% or 10% cdr, usually its 0% because you wont ever have enough energy to spam your E anyway..
