Why are you so surprise? Most people know that Sona's damage output is very high at level one, it's the reason why people start Q and charge up power cord before the lane start. Sona can chunk Ezreal for 45% at level 1, meanwhile tankier adcs like Draven would only be about 30%. This is old new, nobody really care about it even... It's not like you don't get HP from leveling up or anything.

The ABSOLUTE MOST damage Sona can "burst" an ADC for is 37%. For Ezreal, it's even less than that. NOT 40% and sure as fuck NOT 45%. My brain needs an aspirin...
