Cool, make a champion super OP and just say "Lets make this guy a 100% ban rate champ"
I really want to hear the reason to this buff, he was perfectly fine infact he was still over powered but you can play against him but now. Why? Why are you buffing champs that don't need buffing and nerfing those that do?

Today I got to play a game vs a Mundo top, Dusk blade Talon mid, Graves, And Xin. Was by no means an easy match but at no point did it feel like GG OP CHAMPS. Kai Guy1 votesI'd personally hesitate to use PBE as a good indicator for the health of things hitting live, the player skill distribution can be a bit iffy imo.

The point is he's currently over powered from experience playing him, against him and watching. If I'm getting down voted because of this, the forums isn't a good place to rant about this.
