Matchmaking in Normals is worse than Ranked

Why am I getting matched with pre 30's? Like, no offense, but they all seem to think the game is lost at 5 minutes and surrender before we've even had our first team fight. Can 30's be matched with 30's, and pre 30's stay way the hell away from 30's?

Deal with it since Riot ain't gonna fix it. Srsly, as a Platinum player I often get matched against guys who never played rankeds or are bronze or even below 30.

Know that since I play normals rather than rankeds since DynamicQ.
